By accessing or using LeadLayer ("the Service"), operated by ICONS Digital B.V. ("LeadLayer", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these terms.
LeadLayer is an AI-powered local SEO and lead generation platform that automatically creates and publishes optimised landing pages to your WordPress site, tracks keyword rankings, and captures visitor leads via a chat widget. The Service includes the LeadLayer dashboard, API, WordPress plugin, and chat widget.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately at info@leadlayer.ai of any unauthorised use. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.
You agree not to use the Service to:
Access to certain features requires a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice. Refunds are issued at our discretion for unused full months.
You retain ownership of content you provide to the Service (e.g. your business details, WordPress site). AI-generated content produced by the Service on your behalf is licensed to you for use on your platforms. LeadLayer retains the right to use anonymised, aggregated data to improve the Service.
We aim for 99.5% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance where practical. We are not liable for losses arising from downtime or service interruptions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LeadLayer's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to the Service shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease. You may export your data within 30 days of termination. After that period, we may delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Amsterdam, the Netherlands.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or an in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
